We have financed the purchase of Brincliffe House with a combination of members’ capital and loans from like-minded supporters. These loans are a mixture of short term and long term, large and modest amounts with varying amounts of interest agreed and all backed up with a formal legal agreement.

Early in 2016 we began the development work to convert the house to living units. The process continues to be overseen by our project manager and our architects.
